STEM MASTERING SERVICE - TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • We will always aim to return your stem mixed and mastered track within the estimated turnaround time but these are not always guaranteed due to workloads at the time.

If estimated turnaround times are any different, we will state these on the front page of the website, so they can be clearly seen before placing an order.

Our studio working days are Monday to Fridays, excluding UK bank holidays.

  • Work will begin on your track once payment has been received.

  • When the work is done and approved we will only send the wav files and stem pack as stated in the service description above. We do not send any DAW project files.

  • We are happy to make revisions to the stem mix and master at the MP3 approval stage of the process. However, in the event that changes are required once all final wavs and the stem pack have been delivered to the customer, we will need to charge an additional fee for the extra work involved.

  • Record labels may request creative changes to a track, eg. track arrangement changes, lead tweak etc. If this happens after we have completed the mix and master work on the track, we will need to charge an additional fee.

Additional fee amounts will depend on the amount of work involved.
