ABOUT OUR SERVICE

With a variety of processing techniques including EQ, compression and stereo enhancement, combined with our many years of experience, we can provide you with a professional high quality final master.

LOUDNESS STANDARDS / REQUIREMENTS

We will master the full length version of your track to a loudness standard for club/DJ play, However, we take into account the loudness standards of radio and streaming platforms when mastering the radio edit/short version of your track.

We use accurate tools from Izotope and Mastering The Mix to provide us with accurate LUFS readings.

If you have any specific requirements, please let us know in the ordering process.

REFERENCE TRACKS

We will listen to any reference tracks you provide and take into account any information on particular record labels you are looking submit the track to so we can gain and understanding of the overall sound you are looking for and ensure we meet any specific requirements you have.

FREE PRE MASTER MIX DOWN CHECK AND ADVICE

If we feel there is an adjustment which could be made in the mix down which could benefit the final master, we will let you know. Working with you to achieve the best results possible is all part of our service.

We will listen and check through your track to ensure it is ready for mastering and will let you know if we identify any issues which could be addressed in the mix down. This is part of our service. It is our goal to work with you to ensure the highest quality end result possible.

REVISIONS

If you would like any adjustments, we are happy to do them for you and send another WAV file.

ADDITIONAL VERSION REQUIREMENTS:

If you require additional versions of your track (eg. radio edit) to receive the mastering process, there are options for this in the ordering system above.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

Once your track is mastered, we will send you an email with a download link.

You will receive the mastered WAV files at 16bit 44.1khz. If you have any other file format requirements, please let us know in the notes section when placing an order.

TURNAROUND TIME

Upon receipt of your pre-master WAV of AIFF file, we aim to deliver the master back to you within 2 to 5 working days

EXPRESS SERVICE

We offer a 48 hour express turnaround service for projects which are particularly time sensitive and have a deadline.
